Why we built this
AP teams at mid-market and enterprise SAP customers spend thousands of hours per year manually typing invoice data into SAP Fiori. The process is repetitive, error-prone, and requires zero judgment — exactly the kind of work that AI should handle.
Most automation tools require an API integration project, which means IT involvement, firewall changes, and months of setup. We built Capped AI to work through the Fiori browser interface — exactly the way a human AP clerk would, with the same credentials, the same form, the same result — but automated and with a full screenshot audit trail.
V1 is supplier invoice posting. One workflow, done correctly every time, with complete auditability. We chose to do one thing extremely well before adding more.

Computer use APIs from Anthropic and others have matured to the point where a browser agent can navigate complex enterprise UIs reliably at scale. What was a research prototype 18 months ago is now production-grade infrastructure.

Regulators and enterprise customers are increasingly requiring verifiable, timestamped records of AP transactions. A complete screenshot audit trail is no longer a nice-to-have — it is a compliance input.

SAP installed base is underserved by existing AI tools
Most AI AP tools require API access or target BTP-only deployments. The vast majority of SAP customers run S/4HANA with Fiori — and need a solution that works through the browser, without an IT integration project.
